ZERO! CLINICS
From our philosophy that everyone should be given the opportunity to exercise and receive the best guidance, we want with the ZERO! ParaHockey Foundation to draw attention to both the (prospective) ParaHockey goalkeepers and players as well as all regular Youth Goalkeepers.

We believe that every player (G/LG) and keeper (G/LG/Youth) deserves a good education with fun and challenging training sessions, in which all aspects of hockey are discussed.
​
The ZERO! ParaHockey Foundation therefore annually organizes together with the ZERO! Academy some unique ZERO! clinics; hockey and hardcore goalkeeper clinics, for all (prospective) ParaHockey players and goalkeepers and for all regular O12/OL14/O16/018 Youth Goalkeepers.
​
We naturally try to ensure that as many like-minded people as possible sit together; friends and/or clubmates together, peers or just based on level. Because the social aspect of our ZERO! Clinics are of paramount importance.

THE CLINIC
The ZERO! Clinic is a combination of a Hockey Clinic and a Goalkeeper Clinic for (prospective) ParaHockeyers and regular Youth Goalkeepers, where the participants can experience both aspects of hockey in a unique way.
​
​​The ZERO! Clinic distinguishes itself in a number of areas, especially in the area of attention to the athletes and the unorthodox exercises and the clinic lasts a full day (from 10:00 - 17:00). Of course some 'standard' exercises are covered, but most of them are exercises that you normally have not had before. During the clinics there will be different exercises in the morning and in the afternoon.

At the ZERO! Clinic we distinguish two 'groups', which during the ZERO! Clinic could exchange:

Keepers
With the goalkeepers groups the trainer vs goalkeeper ratio is 1:2, in other words each trainer gives the exercises to a maximum of 2 goalkeepers. There is an extra supervisor per half of the field who supervises three groups of two goalkeepers during the day. By having an 'extra supervisor' present, we want to offer the goalkeepers a sense of security, trust, structure and time for individual attention.

With the players groups, a group consists of a maximum of 6 players, there is also an extra supervisor per half of the field who supervises two groups during the day. Each exercise has its own trainer who of course tries to learn the players the finer points of hockey in a fun and challenging way.
​
During our ZERO! Clinics we invite one absolute Top keeper and one absolute Top player from the Dutch Hockey Hoofdklasse, who will provide you (and us) with the best tips and tricks that will make you a better goalkeeper/player.
​
The ZERO! Clinic includes:
