Processing of personal data participants in the ZERO! ParaHockey Foundation 

Personal data of the participants in the ZERO! ParaHockey Foundation are supported by the ZERO! ParaHockey Foundation processes for the following purpose(s):

• Administrative purposes (registration ZERO! ParaHockey Foundation);

• Communication about subjects relevant to participants about the ZERO! ParaHockey Foundation (newsletter);

• Inviting the participants to goalkeeper camps, goalkeeper clinics, etc

 

The basis for this personal data is:

• The agreed assignment, being the participation in training courses of the ZERO! ParaHockey Foundation;

 

For the above objective(s), the ZERO! ParaHockey Foundation request the following personal data from you:

• To parents:

o   Name/initials/insert;

o   Address/Postcode/City/Country;

o   Gender

o   (Business) Phone number;

o   (Business) Email Address;

• To (prospective) participants:

o   First name/last name

o   Gender

o   Date of birth

o   Email

o   Mobile phone number

o   Hockey club

o   Elftal + class in which the team plays

o   Shirt size

o   Medical information

o   Diet

o   Any details

 

Your personal data will be processed by the ZERO! ParaHockey Stichting stored for the above processing(s) for the period:

• During the term of the agreement and thereafter for a maximum of 7 years.

 

As an exception to the aforementioned retention period, contact details (name, address, e-mail address) are retained in order to continue to invite former members to lustra and reunion meetings, unless expressly indicated by the former member in question. that this data may no longer be kept either.

ParaHockey Foundation, members of associations or visitors are depicted. These images can be used on the website. If there are objections to this, this must be made known via info@zphs.nl. The relevant footage will then be removed. The ZERO! The ParaHockey Foundation reserves the right to set aside such a removal request with regard to general action images or atmospheric images on which the person concerned is not centrally and clearly identifiable or if the person concerned is clearly posed for the photo.

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing. For example, we have taken the following measures;

• All persons acting on behalf of the ZERO! ParaHockey Foundation can take cognizance of your data, are bound by confidentiality.
